We file it, you ship it
Inside India
For goods with an invoice value above Rs 50,000, we add the air transport details to your NIC e-Way Bill so the parcel can travel legally to the airport and onward.
- Have your GSTIN and the invoice ready.
- The e-Way Bill is updated with the air waybill number and flight.
Out of India
For exports up to Rs 10,00,000 in commercial value, we file the Courier Shipping Bill V with ICEGATE and send the manifest to destination customs before the flight lands.
- Have your IEC code, an itemised invoice and the 8-digit HSN code ready.
- Full receiver name, address and phone number.
Subject to airline cargo acceptance rules. Dangerous goods are not accepted.

What happens when a flight does not go
Weather and cancellations happen. This is how we handle it.
We missed the day
If the delay is on our side, we deliver on the next available flight, or the next day, at no extra charge. If you would rather not wait, you get a full refund, or a refund after the charges already incurred or as per the airline policy.
Weather, cancelled flight, customs hold
We deliver on the next available flight or next day at no extra charge. If you cancel instead, we refund the price minus the costs already spent on your shipment.
- Not collected yet: full refund.
- Collected, not yet flown: pickup and airport fees are kept.
- Already flown: costs spent up to that point are kept.
If the problem is the address, the receiver not being available or missing documents, the fee is not refunded.
Questions
How late can I book for the same day?
Use the flight planner above. Airlines stop accepting cargo 90 to 120 minutes before departure, and we need up to 90 minutes to reach the cargo gate. Message us with the pickup address and we will say which flight you can still make.
Which airlines do you use?
We book space on scheduled passenger flights. The airline depends on the route and the day, and we choose the flight that gets your parcel there earliest.
What is an on-board courier?
A person travels on the same flight with your item and delivers it by hand at the other end. It suits originals, valuables and anything that should not be handled by anyone else. Ask us for a price.
Do you offer same day courier from Chennai to Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Kolkata?
Yes. These six metro hubs are linked by many daytime flights, so same-day delivery is usually possible when your parcel is ready early enough. Use the flight planner, or message us the route.
What if there is no flight left today?
We book the next flight with cargo space and tell you the new delivery time. You can also change to airport collection to save time at the other end.
Can the receiver collect from the airport or an office?
Yes. Choose door delivery, airport collection or office delivery for each end of the run.
Is there a weight limit?
Domestic runs go up to 15 kg and international runs up to 5 kg at the listed prices. Heavier shipments can be quoted on request.
How do I know it arrived?
The receiver gives an OTP at handover and signs for the parcel. You are updated at pickup, at the airport, when the flight departs and lands, and at delivery.
